How we work.
What we do
Strategic consulting
The decisions stay yours.
Matteo first studies your company, then meets you in person to set the strategy, then follows it over time.
Prerequisite for Italian companies: having attended Margini di Lusso (the course is in Italian). International companies apply directly. Entry is by application.
- Introductory call and materials. You send us what we need to understand the company: existing content, your current business plan, the profit and loss account and anything else we ask for.
- Matteo's analysis. He studies the materials and prepares the meeting around your company's case.
- In-person meeting, at least 4 hours. Together you set the repositioning strategy.
- Monthly video calls. To check progress and the strategy agreed at the in-person meeting.
